Responsibility:

- Drafting and reviewing real estate investment, development, holding and corporate credit facilities;

- Drafting and reviewing security documentation for the above facilities;

- Managing number of bank transactions simultaneously by:

- Maintaining internal compliance documentation;

- Working on advancing the condition precedent documentation, and /or

- Seamlessly keeping track of progress on all deals.

- Management of all ancillary in life transaction documentation for the Bank; and

- Monitoring and keeping up to date the bank's suite of precedent documentation.

Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
