Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites application for the position of Management Trainees ( 2 yrs full time MBA) and 'Interns' ( 2-3 months - 1st yr MBA)
The Chamber has an Expert Committee on various subjects and the functions of the Chamber are supported through these subject specific expert Committees consisting of senior officials from Corporates on our Committees. (e.g Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Economic , Policy, Research and Development, Private Equity & Venture Capital , Insurance and Risk Managements, Startups , International Trade relations, Taxation and Accountancy, etc.)
Management Trainees - (profiles given below )
Education: MBA
Experience: Fresh MBA candidates. Work experience prior to MBA will be an added advantage.
Suitability will be assessed on:
1) Excellent Communication Skills, Both (written & oral),
2) Knowledge of Business & Commerce,
3) Proficiency in IT,
4) Educational background and work experience (if any).
Competency in commonly used office productivity suites.
The selected candidates shall be required to serve as Management trainees for a period of one years on a fixed term basis. On successful completion of training, the trainee shall be absorbed in the Chamber's Executive Cadre at an appropriate level based on the assessment of their performance.
