JD for the position of Manager-DSA /Senior Manager Channel ( DSA)

Job Role: DirectSales Manager /Senior Manager Channel ( DSA )

Reportingto - Zonal Sales Manager

Minimum 7 years over all experiencein Financial service Products.

Minimum 3-4 years in salesexperience in Fin services.

At least latest 2 years in DSA (Channel) management for unsecuredBusiness Loans/MSME Loans ( small or large loans) in markets.

Should have some level of teamleadership experience in earlier Organization.

Currently doing at least 50 lakhs/month business thru DSA /Channel sources.

Ifthe person is more senior like with 8 to 10 years experience, managinghigher volume like 1 crores and they can be taken as Senior manager profile.This will be decided once we interview the profile / do proper ref check.

MBA or PG is preferred. Graduationmandatorily.
