Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to join our team and help us in the next level of growth. We want someone who doesn t see this as a typical sales job, but rather as a chance to collaborate with clients and our team to deliver the right solution on-time; every time; someone who can blend user experience, business acumen, and client empathy. Our ideal hire is someone who is a strategic thinker, quick learner, enthusiastic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the team. Building strong relationships, trust, and credibility across the team and with our clients will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

The role will cover Prospecting, Lead Generation, Cold calling, Meeting clients, Converting into paying customers, After-sales services. Will be provided with on-the-job training.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pleasing Personality and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in B2B Software Product Sales and achieve sales target
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Mandatory: two/four-wheeler, driving licence, personal computer, smartphone and extensive domestic travel
  • Prior experience in sales and technical knowledge will be added bonus

Remuneration:

Negotiable based on the candidate s experience, exposure, and skillset.

Interview Process:

Once the candidate s resume has been shortlisted, will have to attend a telephonic round(general), after which, if required, will have to appear for a face-to-face round.
