Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who will be in charge of coordinating our Delivery teams in organizing our ongoing projects. The primary responsibilities of Project coordinator will be to help the project teams manage resources, information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Highlighting the risks & manage project metrics.
Requirements :
  • Engineering or Bachelor's degree in technology or related field of study.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Office applications including Word, Excel & presentation.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of quality assurance & control processes.
Other Requirements :
  • Database & SQL knowledge is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Javascript will have added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 will have added advantage.
  • The qualification of the candidate should be B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Computer science graduate.
  • Fair understanding of Software Engineering including Agile Methodology is required.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are desired.
