Job Summary Brief & Role
We are looking for an ECommerce Team Lead for our Ecommerce department. The position requires great interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, a creative approach to problem solving with a data-driven mind-set, and a flair for growth for the client s account as well as for the company. An ideal candidate is an Ecommerce enthusiast with knowledge of Ecommerce platform overall experience. This is a client-facing role, hence strong communication skills and the ability to work along and lead a team are necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performance team, guide and mentor them on the latest platforms in the Ecommerce landscape such as Shopify and BigCommerce
  • Should be comfortable with single ownership deliverables as well as part of a larger team
  • Develop clear and comprehensive requirements for development tasks to ensure effective project execution
  • Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of routine tasks
  • Helping the client brands grow their online business on various Ecommerce technologies
  • Analyzing the data and contributing towards continuous improvement of the Ecommerce website
  • Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
  • Team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement
  • Identify project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and accountability
  • Providing timely progress reports to the upper management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a team leader or senior role in an Ecommerce development such as Shopify and BigCommerce
  • Strong knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) and related technologies
  • Proficiency in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, ReactJS, NextJS) and frameworks
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good communication is desirable. Positivity, focus, and a winning mentality allied with kindness
  • Must be curious, energetic and creative to help build the Bliss culture
Education: Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
