Python Developer Job in Blazeclan Technologies

• As a hands-on Technical Lead/Architect for multiple Cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, you will be responsible for architecting, planning and delivery of the technical solutions.
  
• Application Architecture and development - solutioning
• Provide leadership to the team of developers and testers to ensure quality standards are met along with the agreed timeframes and budget.
  
• Accountable for architecting the required solution based on business requirements for performance, usability, security, scalability and uptime SLAs.
  
• Designing and architecting based on the good practice that is fit-for-purpose for the SaaS platforms ensuring the short-term gains don t compromise long-term objectives.
  
• Implementation of the proactive controls (e.g. alerting and monitoring) of all Cloud-based solutions in order to scale as required to minimise down-time.
  
• Be a mentor the team members on good practices, QA, supporting processes and technologies that are required to keep platforms continuously improving, secure and scalable.
  
• Identifying automation opportunities throughout the SDLC.
  
• Work with the project manager to estimate and plan stories for the sprints. Identify risks and issues ahead of time and communicate with the project stakeholders accordingly.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience in the software industry - Python / API / SQL
  
• Experienced in working with diverse and geographically dispersed project teams, technology stakeholders at all levels
  
• Experienced in understanding and effectively articulating technical concepts to various audiences
  
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development or Iterative project delivery methodologies
  
• Experience with multi-threaded application development
  
• Experienced in effectively managing the complexity through open verbal and written communication, logical documentation and attention to detail
  
• Experience debugging distributed systems with high data loads
  
• Genuine inquisitive and persistent in nature upon discovering a potential problem, won t stop investigating until they fully understand it
  
• Thought process developing an application from scratch
  
• Solid foundation in Computer Science with strong competencies in data structures algorithms and software design
  
• Proficient in authoring editing and presenting technical document
  
• Good to have - AWS / Devop
