Data Scientist Job in Blazeclan Technologies

• Data Scientist responsibilities include Identify, develop and implement the appropriate statistical techniques, algorithms and data mining analysis to create new, scalable solutions that address business challenges across the organization, as well as provide actionable insights with a clear impact on ROI.
  
• Define and develop, maintain and evolve data ML models, tools and capabilities.
  
• Able to take in-house / open-source Machine Learning models and migrate to AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms, Deploy and manage the same.
  
• Expertise with either of these a) AWS Sage makeralong with all integration services like S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, API Gateway, IAM, KMS etc.
  
• Azure Machine Learning along with integration services like Blob, Container, Data Factory, etc.
  

• Experience with ML-Ops - Operations and Management using CI-CD in AWS/Azure Cloud Platform.
  
• Communicate your findings to the appropriate teams through visualisations
  
• Collaborate and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
  
• Provide solutions but not limited to: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, ModellingResponse to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization, natural language processing, Object detection/Image recognition
  
• Create interactive tools using cutting-edge visualization techniques (beyond standard visualization like Tableau, Spotfire, QlikViewetc.)
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or related technical degree he ability to break a complex business problems
  
• 8+ years experience in a related position, as a data scientist building predictive analytics solutions for various types of business problems
  
• Most preferred with AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification
  
• Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, data mining, text mining
  
• Programming background and expertise in building models using at least one of the following languages: SAS, Python, R Exposure to Big Data platforms like Apache Spark, Hadoop and its eco-system (Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Mahout)
  
• Bonus points for implementation of Big Data and/or Streaming data analytics or visualization
  
• Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time
  
• Strong story-telling & articulation skills - ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience
  
• Strong influence and relationship management skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels; Prior experience in providing strategic analysis and consulting
  
• Track record of delivering strong business results
