We are looking for an analytical, target-driven, and people-focused operations leader to lead operations and expansion for us pan India. As senior Operations Head, you must be a problem solver and contribute to 3 areas Revenue Delivery, Process Improvement, and Strategic Insight. You must be able to proactively collaborate across functional Leadership to enable strategy, operational efficiency, cost optimization, attainment of savings goals, and the mitigation of risk across the organization. Job Description Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Foster and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Drive data-based analyses to arrive at solutions or opportunities without compromising our strategy. Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth with a focus on new franchise development Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders Coach and guide the operations team to achieve business objectives Required Skills We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset: Bachelor s degree in business administration, or related field 10-15 years of experience in executive leadership positions; preferably in retail, MSME s or start-ups Certified Coach (preferable, not a must-have) Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
