Our requirement

Have strong Javascript/Node.js fundamentals
Have experience with MEAN/MERN stack is a must
Good to have experience with LAMP stack and framework like CakePHP, Laravel.
Have worked on WebSocket and REST API
Experience with building large scale distributed and real-time application
Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
Experience with Amazon AWS and Node.js Process deployments, PM2 process manager
Experience with server management, setting up reverse proxy and SSL certificate setup
Excellent debugging skill
Experience leading a team of at least 4 people
Good with English and client communication
Understanding and allocating requirement and work to the team
Excellent problem-solving skill and experimenting with new technologies to implement challenging features.
Monitor and Control execution of sprint to be within timeframe and budget.
Mentor and help the team with any issues
