Job Description:

• Support the AM - P&C on the implementation of our employee engagement and communication framework.
  

• Evangelize our values and support pulse check activities across all levels.
  

• Advocate, evangelize and interpret role KPIs and metrics at all levels.
  

• Implement HR plans and solutions across our entry and mid level roles.
  

• Support the planning and implementation of talent management initiatives.
  

• Communicate to our entry level roles the People & Culture interpretation of people policies and processes.
  

• Plan the logistics and drive P&C interventions.
  

Experience and Execution Essentials:

• Bachelor s Degree in HR/related field. Master s degree preferred.
  

• 2-7 years of demonstrated success in similar roles.
  

• Demonstrated experience with Employee Engagement platforms.
  

• A people s person; Passionate about building strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
  

• Committed to meeting deadlines along with quality of delivery and assigned reporting.
  

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong English and Hindi language communication.
  

• Strong time-management skills.
  

Experience and Execution Nice to Haves

• Experience over the growth phase of startups/SMEs.
  

• Experience in creative media production companies
