Job Summary Responsibilities

Requirements

Required experience for this position is of 3 to 6 years as Team Lead for Backend.
Familiarity with technical aspects of the project and field.
Experience of project lifecycle.
Attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
Advanced time management and analytical skills.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
