Job Summary
Position Summary: We are looking for a creative Artist & Graphic Designer / Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original, visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and creative flair to deliver outstanding user interfaces and engaging visual experiences. Key Responsibilities: Web & Mobile App Design: Design and create innovative and visually appealing layouts for both web and mobile applications. Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for both platforms. Conceptualizing & Designing: Generate creative concepts for various projects, from initial brainstorming to final execution. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase design ideas and user flows. UI/UX Design: Focus on user-centric design, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for end-users. Design intuitive interfaces that enhance the usability and functionality of applications. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to bring ideas to life. Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and brand consistency. Innovative Problem-Solving: Think creatively to solve design challenges and continuously improve the user experience. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the highest standard of design practices. Desired Candidate Profile: Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other equivalent tools. Strong understanding of web and mobile application design principles, including responsive design. Experience with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end web development is a plus. Soft Skills: Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment. Delivery-Oriented: Focused on delivering high-quality designs on time and within scope. Creative & Innovative: Strong ability to think outside the box and come up with original and engaging design solutions. Adaptability: Able to adjust to challenges and changing project requirements. Problem Solver: Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in graphic design or web design with a portfolio showcasing creative design work for web and mobile applications.
