Job Summary Technologies is looking for a talented HR Recruiter professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Bititude Technologies is a great place to grow your career and a best place to improve the quality of your work.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Help in arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
