Job description:

Good STLC & SDLC knowledge

must have worked in Functional & Database Testing

Should have hands-on experience in writing SQL queries like DDL, DML & DCL. For example: joins, views, update, group by, order by, having, top & User defined functions.

Basics about Agile Methodologies and scrum calls

Understand the project context and the overall solution architecture

Responsible for management of all Quality Assurance functions include test planning, strategy & testing execution

Identify the Test Scenarios and Design the Test Cases.

Prepare the Test data required for test execution.

Report project status and escalate risks, issues, dependencies to the Team Leader & Stakeholders.

Works with the Development and business teams to establish time schedule and agree on a Quality Assurance plan for the releases.

Ensure that QA process is documented and communicated and adequate to ensure agreed quality levels for the application.

Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, working with the project Business Analyst to ensure all requirements are tested.

Responsible for testing estimation & test cases review.

Desired Profile:

Any Degree in IT or Computer Technology

Minimum 5 or more years of experience within testing with proven experience in test management both SIT and UAT

Knowledge or hands on experience on Automated testing tools (QTP/Selenium) would be added advantage

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Good knowledge or hands-on experience in any Test Management & SQL tools

Knowledge in US Toll Roads domain would be an added advantage
