Presently, we're expanding our operations to launch an in-house outbound call center in order to generate leads and opportunities for our sales and account manager staff across our various divisions for US and Canada operations.

As a telesales rep/appointment setter your goal will be to set appointments or to generate quoting opportunities for our company. We provide the agents with

1.Sales Certification Trainings-World renowned selling techniques and trainings from Dan Lok, Grant Cardone, Brian Tracy etc. etc. used by global brands

2.Automated Dialers-So you dont have to dial manually but an automated dialer will filter voicemails thus you talk to human being only without facing voice mails/ ringings.

3.Top Notch Database-We have a dedicated database creation team which uses scrubbing softwares, scrapers and database partner lists (D&B, Mergent, Mintel etc.)

4.High Commission clients-We only work either with Fortune 1000 companies or their partners thus giving high incentives to you

5.Growth Opportunity-For high performance agents, our agent building program gives you access to enhance and build your own team of 5 people thus leading you to become a team lead in few months thus providing recurring revenues

6.Global Employee-As part of our global program, for high performers, we sponsor them for en employment in Canada, US, Hongkong office.

Job Description or Job Responsibilities

1.Dialing potential clients every day

2.Getting passed the gatekeeper / receptionist

3.Speaking with the potential clientele directly

4.Selling him/her on company products

5.Scheduling a firm date for client to speak with him/her via phone

Key Points:

1.Accent to deal with clients from USA

2.Entrepreneurial-Self-motivated individual who strives to exceed targets and expectations in the workplace

3.Strong "hunter" approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business

4.Minimum of a high school diploma or a university diploma / degree in any fields is mandatory.

5.Able to work from our office Mon Sat, 6 pm - 5 am(flex 8 hour shift)
