Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage RPA development projects with external teams, including defining project goals, establishing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks and testing on RPA solutions developed by external teams, ensuring compliance with established standards, best practices, and business requirements.
Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to external development teams, assisting in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring the efficient implementation of RPA solutions.
Process Automation: Design and develop RPA solutions using Python and relevant RPA tools/frameworks, automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Problem Solving: Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks, challenges, and risks in RPA development projects, implementing effective solutions and contingency plans.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, specifications, progress, and any modifications made throughout the development lifecycle.
