Job Summary

1 To Collect MPRF(Manpower Requisition form) from various department & according
to fill vacant position
2 To Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and
departments
3 To Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other
members of staff
4 To Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for
each position
5 To Source applicants through various portals such as Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn and
other professional networks, internal buddy referral policy, connect with recruitment
agencies etc.
6 To Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidate
7 To Close positions within stipulated time period as per Recruitment process
8 To Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and
in-person interviews with concern department HODs
9 To Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
10 To Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate
pipeline
11 To Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and
related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
12 To deploy/Acquired right talent at a right time & right place
13 To Play supportive role in HR activity like to manage ELC(Employee Life cycle),
Cultual activity Etc .
