Estimate costs and prepare budgets, Monitoring of monthly
budget against plan and allocating resource as per the budget,
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
(quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw
materials etc.)
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Ensure output meets quality standards
Enforce health and safety precautions & Participation
improvement activities like TPM, Time Study, Implementation of
5s & Kaizen activities in the shop floor.
Report to upper management & Planning of resources for new
projects
Running of all production lines and the quality of output. You
will be ultimately responsible for the smooth.
Execution of the project activities as per the plan.
We are looking for people who have experience of
smaller/Medium machines (Seed Drill, Rice mill, Rotatory,
Ground nut digger etc.)
Salary : 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E, M.B.A/PGDM
