Production Manager Job in Bigtec Labs

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
We expect you to have deep knowledge in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we would like to talk to you.

Technical / Functional Skills

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical field is preferred.
• Proven experience as Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Standards, (ISO:13485).
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Supervisory Skills, Workers/Man Management skills, Production & Process Monitoring, Yield.
• Maximize Efficiency, Production Execution, Production Target Meet, Breakdown Reduction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal. downtime.
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Support in audit and audit closure points.
• Verification of Operations Equipment calibration.
• Maintenance of quality and production records.
• Preparation, revision and review of Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Investigation of Batch failures in Operations.
• Review worker performance.
• Identify training needs.
