Job Summary Purpose of the Job The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and service in the assigned territory, delivering solutions across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud, etc.), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services. The role holder will act as the main point of contact for customers, representing Airtel and ensuring seamless communication across all three lines of business. The objective is to achieve growth in Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in both existing and new accounts. Key Deliverables Achieve installation targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services. Identify and secure new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services (hunting). Cross-sell multiple product lines to both existing and new customers. Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three lines of business, ensuring appropriate levels of maturity. Stay informed about competitive strategies and gather insights for market intelligence. Monitor competitors offerings and plan sales interventions for various client segments. Role Details Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue opportunities. Develop new business through upselling and cross-selling with existing clients. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. Profile Minimum Qualification: Graduate Experience: 1-5 years Age: Up to 30 years Target Organizations: ISPs, System Integrators (e.g., HP, Dell), Field Sales Executives from Telcos, Wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI, or any relationship-based selling environments.
