Job Summary SPV Head (Ops) Location :Ghaziabad Grade CS3 Job description:
  • Overall responsible for operations/project execution of the SPV.
  • Plan and supervise as per the scope of the work for the SPV.
  • To review and update the OMT operational procedures to ensure desired level of service at the Toll Plaza and Highway.
  • To develop project specific strategies for a) Enhancement of toll revenue b) Improvement of the operational performance and c) Monitor the implementation of the same.
  • To assist and advice respective toll operations managers at site on related matters especially customer management, plugging loopholes and plaza incidents.
  • Recommend solutions to improve the same and monitor smooth functioning of all equipment provided for the Toll plaza operation.
  • To review periodically compliance with SOPs and SLAs and tie up loose ends.
  • To ensure proper maintenance as per client mandate of highway stretch allocated to company.
  • To provide operational inputs in design, development and commissioning of the toll plaza, related highway and systems.

  • To oversee smooth handover or takeover of projects.
  • To ensure adequate and proper documentation at project sites.
  • Act as the final point of escalation in Ops and project related financial issues. Investor Partner to be involved as an exception.
  • Submit all operations reports/ MIS on time as per the prescribed format and of the management.
  • In depth knowledge in PPP Concession Agreement
  • Experience in consultancy firm will not be counted
  • In depth knowledge in execution, quantity survey and planning is expected
  • Experience in O&M for an operational project
  • Experience in Tolling system Brief knowledge in P&L
  • Good liaison skill with Senior level Authorities
Desired Skills
  • Qualification: BE/B Tech (Civil) with 15-20 years of experience.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in Highway & Structures (minimum 10 Years) in NH Projects.
