Job Summary

Identification, allocation and handling of sub agencies include rate negotiations, Preparation and certification of sub agency, bills and allocation of work fronts.
Responsible for accomplishment of all the civil & Structural work assigned within the approval time.
Budget planning, Materials indent system, reading civil / structural drawings, Project managements, monitor on the site activities to ensure projects execution as per laid down guidelines.
Co-ordination between consultants, architects & contractors etc. to ensure that facilities of company are well maintained, projects are completed within the timeframe, cost and quality expectations.
Coordination with clients and consultants for all construction related issues, monitor the progress and performance of such contracts.
Mobilization of material & manpower as per requirement
Preparation of measurements and bills for claiming payments from clients.
Co-ordination with design consultants, Vendors/ Suppliers for all design related issues.
