Job Summary
  • Experience 2-4 years
  • Responsibility include handling full-cycle recruitment, attracting candidates to interviewing.
  • Creating JD according to the requirements.
  • Posting the requirement in job portals, social media to reach out candidates. Lineup suitable candidates for the interview.
  • Shortlisting the candidate based on Job Description.
  • Arranging the interview with the concerned department.
  • Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
  • Keeping track of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Issue of offer letter to the shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow up with the candidates till joining date.
  • Handling the joining formalities, documentation.
  • Handling campus recruitment.
  • Coordinating in employee engagement or learning and development activity.
