Job Summary
- Professional experience in MS Dynamics 365 cloud-based suite
- Good knowledge and hands-on with Sales Hub, Customer service hub, field service hub would be an ad-on
- Must have worked on developing a customized solution, business process flows, workflows and plugins
- Developing customer portals
- Good functional knowledge about the sales hub, customer service hub
- Experience on integration with the third-party applications
- Functional and basic understanding of power automate, power virtual agent would be added advantage
- Good knowledge of OOPs concept and C# web services
- Understanding of organizational services in Dynamics
- Should be clear on developing managed, un-managed solution, deploying and importing the solutions
- Integration using C# web APIs, C# plugins and Linq queries
- A good team player and ready to co-ordinate with other team members
- Ability to work with deadlines and should be proactive
- He should be a great TEAM member and team builder and also respect the corporate culture
