Job Summary
  • Excellent English communication skill
  • Should be able to work between 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Work from Home option can be provided) with 5 days week. Should be flexible to work as per the client
  • Capable to work on Level one relevant support tasks of handling multiple type of technical applications
  • Require to provide support requests like, extract additional information from an application, provide confirmation or receipt from systems like Sales force, Luminate online etc
  • Require to respond to requests coming from internal company users and external customers
  • Experience of working with USA based client would be an added advantage
  • 3+ years of similar experience in Business Process Outsourcing
  • Should be able to work as per the SLA defined
  • Good analytical skills to understand the user requirements and quick learner to use new systems as added
  • Working experience on MS Office
  • Experience working with some support ticket system (knowing Zendesk would be an added advantage)
  • Experience as Salesforce user and admin, Luminate Online would be an added advantage
