Job Summary
What You ll Be Doing
As a developer at BetterWorks you will be responsible for developing an enterprise-class continuous performance management system. You will,
- Build a complex talent management application that will drive decision making at scale in large enterprises.
- Implement an architecture that will scale as the product grows.
- Ensure your code is reliable by writing unit tests
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve your objective
What ll Help You Be Successful
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS as a backend using a web framework like Koa, Express, or Hapi.
- Working experience of AWS lambdas.
- Working experience in REST APIs.
- Working experience with Postgres or similar relational database.
- Strong engineering practices - pair programming, test-driven development, git-flow.
- Working experience in Python is a plus.
- Exposure to SQLAlchemy is a plus
- Experience with Scrum methodologies and remote teams is a plus.
