Qualification:

BTech + MBA from premier BSchools
3-6 years experience in B2B/SaaS firms
Exceptional quantitative and DI skills
Passionate, persistence, patience, ambitious, team player and keen learner

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. This would include brochures, infographics, whitepapers, newsletters, customer letters, flyers, guides, blogs, social media content and website content.
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
Write SEO-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research ( combining online resources, technical and non-technical) , usability tests, and design specifications.
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches to promote our products/services
Develop interesting monthly, quarterly newsletters for the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Communications, English, Creative Writing, or related field
Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Content Writer for a B2B audience
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite applications
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
Social media proficiency- LinkedIn, Facebook, google ads.
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Excellent teamwork skills
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress would be an added advantage.
