Safely operate a company provided delivery vehicle to transport orders to customers' homes
Navigate assigned delivery routes using GPS or other navigation tools
Ensure the accurate loading and unloading of merchandise onto the delivery vehicle
Verify order details and address information before departing for deliveries
Provide friendly and courteous service to customers upon delivery, including assistance with unloading if needed
Collect payments, issue receipts, and process returns or exchanges as required
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving and delivering
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery status and any issues or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and equipment
Required - Good command over English,Hindi
