Job Summary

Bachelor'sor Master's degreein MechanicalEngineering, Naval Architectureor a related disciplinefrom a reputed local/international institute with2-5 years of experience in research, design, installation, or operation of floating systems.
Sound grasp of engineering concepts like static & dynamic analysis, non-linear analysis, finite element analysis, etc.
Experience with offshore engineering design and analysis software like MOSES, Maxsurf, SACS, SESAM, WAMIT, NEMOH, Orcaflexetc.
Familiarity with offshore design codes and standards.
Any programming experience and knowledge of Software Quality Assurance practices would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, technicalanalysis,and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding speaking, presentation, and demonstration skills.
Ability to explain complex topics to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority.
Team-player with strong collaboration skills.
A self-directed learner who is adaptable and detail oriented.
Ability to assess and isolate problems leading to root cause.
