A principal is responsible for building and maintaining the image of the institute and also securing admissions. Being the first point of contact for any prospective parent is virtually the face of the Institute. Candidate must be a cultural ambassador of the Institute and has the responsibility to provide information with enthusiasm and integrity. Looking for an experienced professional to run the college and its day today works.

Responsibilities and Duties

Commitment to creating a productive educational experience.

Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service education of staff.

General administration and overall supervision of teaching programs. Responsibility for organizing the workload of staff including teaching assignments.

Oversee Recruitment of staff and admission of students

Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the College.

Participation in the Colleges committee work.

Provide guidance to the college network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the college a better place.

Candidate Requirement

A principal must make decisions and solve problems by analyzing information and selecting the best solution, along with developing cooperative and constructive working relationships. He/She should have extensive knowledge, professional attitude, skills, and experience to deal with the responsibilities of students and staff on a daily basis.

A Ph.D. Degree (preferable)/Masters with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree with a consistently good academic record throughout.
