Lead Software Engineer - Java Job in Benefitalign

As a Lead Software Engineer you are responsible for providing technical oversight and outside communication in a team of software engineers. Also, you will focus on contributing as an Individual Contributor as well.
As a Java professional you are a passionate coder and love to solve & handle complex problems and spear head the development delivery.

• BTech/ BE/ Post Graduates from Premium Institutes or Bachelors in Computer Science, Math, IT or related discipline from a reputed institute
• Any Technical or Management Certification is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in application development.

• Desire to expand knowledge and experience and commitment to continuous learning
• Supervisory, coaching and teaching skills to lead and/or supervise direct reports
• Demonstrated ability for technological strategic planning
• Experience with developing/implementing web applications built on J2EE technologies
• Experience with implementing applications with SOA and MVC architectures
• Experience with designing and developing one the Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate
• Experience developing and implementing Java applications on 1 or more Java application servers (e.g. JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere)
• Experience with Databases and having good knowledge of database competencies
