Project Co-ordinator Job in Benchire

Job Description:

We're looking for a project coordinator for People Like Us Create. You will be managing a portfolio of projects through all stages of the delivery, implementation and reporting. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

You will:
Proactively implement projects and campaigns of Pluc and it s platforms.
Undertake day to day management of the project, including smooth brief translation and team communication.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Build relationships with media and social media influencers to support campaigns to reach a wide audience and generate momentum
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Collaborate in an inclusive environment that is respectful, open-minded, effective, and encourages accountability
You should be great in planning and executing

You should have:
Minimum 1 year of work experience with an agency or non profit background.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, natural interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong writing and communications skills
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional boundaries, where flexibility and a can do approach to teamwork is essential.Results-oriented and data-driven attitude -- you know how to measure success and use metrics to guide data-driven decision making, or are willing to learn.

Open to creative approaches to problem-solving and able to synthesize a large amount of information.
Experience of working in a fast-paced digital environment.
