About the role Overall IT experience of 10+ years with relevant experience ( 3+ years) in Microsoft Power Platform including Power apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Data verse, and Microsoft Azure services - Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Azure DW, Azure Event Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, IoT Edge and Logic App s Power platform certifications Experience working for manufacturing or similar industry clients Experience in Azure Devops is a plus for backlog and automated release management. Experienced in technical solutions implementation, architecture design, and engineering programming / coding on Microsoft platform. Knowledge with software development and hands-on programming experience with C# Eager to follow, learn and apply new technologies and innovations Interest in agile IT application design and build in collaboration with product owners and end users. Experience in Agile/Scrum software development practices is a plus The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload. Passionate about quality and continuous improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented and proactive Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders as well as solution developers Good written and verbal English communication skills and multi-cultural sensitivity Interest to learn about manufacturing and shopfloor processes, proposing process improvements by using IT solutions. Your role Contribute together with the Business & Technology teams for defining and implementing the IT solution roadmap for Digital Manufacturing. Work closely with product managers, product owners, business analysts, etc. to understand business requirements , design and build solutions using low code Power platform Pursue opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency within the organization Manage Bekaert's power platform environment with app and license usage, app security etc Act as a subject matter expert in Power platform solution designs and architecture. Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and implement solutions for improvement Support pilot and build of complex use cases involving emerging technologies Support establishing and shaping Power platform strategy for Manufacturing domain Plays a key role in identifying business value enabled use cases for Power applications and flows, helping to build and enrich our product backlog Support improvement of software development lifecycle and software development practices of the company Prepare the software related technical design documentation when needed Coaching the development team and maintaining a close collaboration with them and best practice sharing Collaboration with MS for any ongoing issues or functionalities Review the requirements, principles and models to guide technology decisions for the ADS ( Advanced Digital Solutions) organization across different product domains at Bekaert. Steer efficient utilization and deployment of various technology products, technology platform, development technologies, information, data, security controls and infrastructure services. Works with Bekaert Architect community to analyse enterprise business context (business strategy and trends) and derive the future state technology architecture.
