About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **web interface design**, including dynamic development using technologies such as **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap**. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning websites that align with our clients' branding and goals, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure smooth and effective implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and create innovative and dynamic website designs.
• Website Development: Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a focus on front-end development and interface creation.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct design testing and troubleshooting to ensure websites function flawlessly across all browsers and devices.
• Design Standards: Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices for website design and development.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, process flows, wireframes, and site maps to communicate design ideas and website structures effectively.
• Content Management Systems: Work with different CMS platforms, primarily WordPress, to create and manage website content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to implement designs efficiently and ensure seamless website functionality.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Photoshop and Corel Draw for creating design assets.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design (including mobile web development).
• Experience with WordPress (Must) and other CMS platforms.

Design Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of front-end development and web design best practices.
• Programming: Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery, and front-end libraries.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Education: A relevant diploma or degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
