Ability to grasp product knowledge/technology promptly with an approach to accept challenges in PRE SALES & POST SALES.
Always having an approach to resolve/solute the problem for enhancing partner satisfaction.
Ability to work in a team & build up brand recognition
Experience in giving telephonic support and also on field experience
Complete knowledge about windows, Linux OS, etc.
Knowledge about giving demonstration via webinar, on-field demo & helping partner/customer with POC.
