  • Always having an approach to resolve/solute the problem for enhancing partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a team & build up brand recognition
  • Experience in giving telephonic support and also on field experience
  • Complete knowledge about windows, Linux OS, etc.
  • Knowledge about giving demonstration via webinar, on-field demo & helping partner/customer with POC.
