Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Review purchase requisitions submitted in Coupa and Ariba to ensure adherence to guidelines, compliance to policies and accuracy of data. Serve as L2 support for any procurement process and systems related issues and requests. Work with System (Coupa, Ariba ) Admins for any issues or enhancements related to the PR to PO process and systems. Perform ad hoc activities related to the Procure-to-Pay process. Participate in Procurement Operations projects as assigned and provide input on process improvements. Perform testing activities as required for deployment or enhancement of functionality in in-scope systems. Support procurement category teams in executing sourcing process using e-sourcing tool. Support the organization with training needs for increased adoption of in-scope systems, including development of training material. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in a global environment with cross functional teams. Knowledge of e-Procurement (Coupa, Ariba...) and ERP (JDE, SAP ) systems. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. Knowledge of root cause analysis, problem solving, continuous improvement, corrective and preventative action
