Required Skills:

  • Experience in one or more front-end frameworks such as: Angular, Vue or React OR Experience in developing solution using Camunda
  • 6 - 9 years of IT industry experience
  • Experience in one or more back-end languages such as: Java, C#, node.js or Python
    • For Java candidates, experience in Java EE and Spring Boot is required
    • For C# candidates, experience in .NET Core and MVC is required
    • For Python candidates, experience in Flask or Django is required
  • For node.js candidates, experience in Express is required



Nice to Have:
Experience in public cloud platforms such AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience in Microservices implementations using Docker, Kubernetes and Open Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for customer
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer organization. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, product, and professional service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer organization. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales or professional process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
  • Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build deployment plans for new customers to understand and document customer expectations.
  • Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers
  • Lead client meetings to extract and document requirements.
  • Provide ongoing updates and track progress.
