To accelerate the strategic BH Operational Technology (OT) security program, the Staff Cyber Security Architect will support key program initiatives. You will contribute to technical design, implementation and support of cyber security solutions and practices within strategic BH owned/operated industrial sites. This includes business, technical and applicable requirements identification, risk assessment, solution design, and support to implementation.

Play a pivotal role in our business

As Cyber Security Architect you will liaise with other cyber security teams and technically contribute ensuring industrial sites are compliant with company requirements. You will be involved in technical design, implementation and support of multiple OT security projects geared at remediating and maturing the manufacturing and engineering ecosystem at BH. Identify OT environment use cases and risks and propose technical and procedural solutions to address them, according to the OT policy and minimum-security requirements.

As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and contributing to security risk assessment activities at BH operated Industrial sites security solutions. providing guidance on security tools and techniques to a broad base of manufacturing, architecture, and third-party teams.
  • Contributing to the overall Operational Technology (OT) security program implementation, including network security design, asset management, vulnerability assessment, SIEM and authentication implementation support, and other technically complex activities as needed
  • Training and partnering with MSLs (manufacturing security leads) to deliver a codified security strategy and approach to the shop floor.
  • Supporting manufacturing critical operations from a cyber security perspective and serve as a focal point within the OT Security team.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor degree
  • Have experience designing, deploying or maintaining OT security practices and tools, including, but not limited to: secure OT network design, asset inventory tools, risk and vulnerability assessments, end-point protection, IDS implementation, and event detection
  • Have experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS) design, build and operation and with secure network architectures, identity and access management principles, encryption technologies
  • Have working knowledge of industrial security standards, such as ISA 99, IEC62443, etc.
  • Have experience with VDI and virtualized solutions; F5 APM and Palo Alto firewalls and VPN solutions
  • Have communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization and full professional proficiency in English
