Job Summary Job Title: Technology Solutions Associate Job Purpose -We are seeking a replacement for Sreeja Pamidi, who has resigned due to family health issues. This role is essential for continuing our planned work commitments. Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshooting: -Understand and resolve technology problems while offering effective solutions. Infrastructure Knowledge: -Gain an understanding of the technology infrastructure and application architecture from end to end. Business Requirements: -Collaborate with outsourced teams to deliver on business requirements. Support Technology Initiatives: -Assist with new technology initiatives and related deliveries. Key Decisions / Dimensions Process Improvement: -Implement new processes and improve existing ones to enhance business solutions. Quality Adherence: -Ensure compliance with quality and information security guidelines, maintaining adequate documentation. Meeting Participation: -Attend review meetings and collaborate in business user and IT discussions. Required Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualifications: -B.E/B.Tech or MCA Skills: -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to lead a team and manage delivery with offsite partners. -Hands-on experience in application development using .NET Core, HTML5/CSS3, MVC, Web API, and jQuery. -Proven skills in analyzing, debugging, and resolving technology issues. -Process-oriented mindset with a knack for adopting and improving processes. -Experience in developing responsive web applications. -Proficiency in scaling and load balancing applications. -Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Oracle, and NoSQL technologies. -Knowledge of Windows operating systems. -Passion for learning and working with new technologies. -Self-starter attitude. Work Experience: -Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
