Responsibilities of the candidates include:
Manage, motivate and guide your team
Bring business from your team by doing by doing cross-selling, up-selling and add-on selling
Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance team support
{Sales=20%(one-time)+ Team Management=80%}
Should be well acquainted with online smartphone apps (Zoom, Whatsapp, Emails, etc.)
Procedure:
Call HR to have a telephonic interview
Then appear for video interview via Zoom
Go through training via Zoom for 1 week
Clear IRDA Examination after training
Go through practical training
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Good command over English And Hindi
0 to 3 Years
