Job Summary

Department:Institutional Business

Sub Department:Retail RBL

Principal Accountability:

Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branches (4 7 branches depending on location).
Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities - DSR & LMS input.
Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.


Skill & Knowledge:

Should be presentable with good communication skills.
Should be good at relationship building/management.
Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.


Qualification & experience:

Educational Qualifications:Masters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.

Exeperience: One to four years experience in Insurance or from banking background (CASA sales).
