Job Summary
Position - Officer / Sr. Officer - Exim (Import & Export)
Location - Pune
Job Specifications:
- Graduate with Foreign Trade course having 3 to 7 yrs. of experience.
- SAP experience is mandatory
Location:Corporate Office, Pune
Principal Accountabilities:
- Knowledge on Import & export customs clearance, duties, taxation & GST
- Preparation & review of Export Promotion License applications like Advance Authorization, MEIS, SEIS, Ro DTEP and replies related to customs and DGFT matter and reviews on weekly basis.
- Working on redemption of Licenses with DGFT. Knowledge of EPCG & Advance License-related documentations to DGFT & Customs.
- Maintaining DBK -All Industry Rate & Brand Rate Scroll details
- Working On EDPMS When Required
- Use ICEGATE Exporter Log in for finding filled Shipping Bills errors
- Resolve queries related to Bank documentation with Logistics , Stores & Accounts on daily basis.
- Submission of weekly MIS report related to open points (Related with Govt agencies)
- Maintenance of documents for the various activities handled for customs and DGFT related matters
- Support to Sales / marketing team for Export Logistics costs & timelines
- Working with team members, Proactive, Multi-tasking, Diligent, Communication skills
- Co-ordination with service providers / consultants like Forwarder, CHA & DGFT on daily / weekly basis and raised an alarm for incompletion of activities.
- SAP User knowledge of MM & SD module.
- Conduct regular governance meetings with all strategic partners
- Maintain the reports on a weekly, monthly basis for management review
- Have a day to day coordination with all plants
