Job Summary
Position - Assistant Manager-Production
Location - Chakan, Pune
Job Specifications:
- B. Tech Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical with 5-6 yrs. of experience.
- Knowledge of Bending Machine
- Aware of all settings & troubleshooting of bending machines, SPM related to pipe bending.
- Knowledge of ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001-2007
- knowledge of 5s, TPM
Principal Accountabilities:
- Prepare production plan
- Adherence to all Statutory EHS and plant Compliances
- Improve productivity by reducing setup time, waiting losses
- Improve quality by implementation of kaizen and poka yoke
- Line and Machine Wise Manpower Plan and Deputation of Workmen
- Improvement in Overall equipment efficiency
