We specialize in software product development and have successfully executed numerous projects in software development, Web Designing & Development, Mobile Technologies, Microsoft Technologies and an open source as well for Internet Marketing.
Role: Front Desk Cum Admin(Female Only)

Roles and Responsibility:
- Overlooking housekeeping staff for office maintenance.
- Maintaining vendor s annual maintenance records and support in renewal.
- Maintained cleanliness in conference rooms multiple times throughout the day.
- Received phone calls, determined the nature of the calls, and directed calls to the appropriate function.
- Support in visitors travel and hotel booking.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Providing GRN (Goods Receipt Number) support to entire office.
- Support in employee engagement activities.
- Assist in making meeting room reservations, canteen/pantry arrangements and travel bookings.
- Greet and respond to visitor s questions professionally and courteously.
- Responsible for making sure all visitors and guests are assigned the appropriate badge for their visi
- Scheduled conference rooms on the Outlook calendar and provided logistics for meetings.
- Responsible for fun committee events organized.
Skill Requirement:
- Previous experience in or with 1-2 years of Experience.
- Positive Attitude towards work.
- Good Listening Skills.
- Experience in creating a healthy and positive environment.
- Strong Communication and Analytic Skills.
- Should be proactive and take ownership of his/her tasks.
- Ability to work independently, organize, set priorities and complete work within given deadlines.
Qualification: Graduate from any discipline
Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
