Handling litigations under Consumer Protection Act and Civil laws.Handling matters under property laws , Labourlaws,Intellectual property laws, Carrier laws, Aircraft laws. Processing different kinds of Agreements pertaining to channel partner.
Minimum Requirements
Good understanding of all laws, excellent draftingskills, good interpersonnal skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed Law Firm or LegalDepartment of a Corporate.Age between 28 to 34 years.
