Product Lead (VC++, MFC) - Delhi/NCR Job in BOSS International (India)

You will work in close coordination with the Product Development Team at BOSS International where ''Winning is a Habit''.You must be highly proficient at Windows application development using Microsoft VC++ / C++ / MFC and be able to show significant recent work history doing so.Job Duties: Create, enhance, and maintain our engineering software products. Participate in the full life cycle of development, from specification and design through implementation, testing, and support. Work with United States development team in developing new products. Develop technical designs that produce high quality products with efficient and reusable code. Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to self-start and motivate others through leading by example. Professional degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, and a history of academic success (70%+ or 7.0+ CGPA) at a prestigious institute of higher learning. Very strong VC++ / C++ based object-oriented design and development skills. 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Tech Lead. AUTOCAD programming/customization experience of more than 2 years. Programming Windows applications with the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC). 7+ years experience developing Windows applications using Visual C++ 6.0 or higher. Ability to write clear, sound C++ code that is portable, efficient, and reusable. Desire to work in Noida, UP (India).
