Job Summary Experience & Skills:

MBA in Finance with or without prior work experience, from a college of repute
Proficiency in financial modeling
Polished oral, verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of legal and financial structures and ability to assess new business opportunities in light of existing legal and financial environment
Self-starters with willingness to travel.
Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supporting the strategic initiatives for expansion into new businesses in domesticas well as overseas markets.
Analyzing & reviewing financial statements
Preparation of financial models and projections for proposals evaluated
Preparation of proposals for top management decision making
Consolidating and providing necessary MIS reports of existing and new businesses.
Internal coordination with Projects, Regulatory, Legal and other departments for quick resolution and smooth progress of the projects
Coordinating and liaising for legal, financial and other due diligence documents involved in new ventures
Support line manager in deal screening, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, legal documentation, etc.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and sense of urgency

Qualification :
MBA Finance
