Job Summary
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Branch performance plus managing the assigned area/territory/city
- Manage the Branch team & oversee the operational and administrative issues
- Maintain cost efficiency of the branch across all products
- Ensure high productivity rate
- Increase market share across all capital market products & channels
- Revenue generation, customer acquisition and Retention
- Recruitment, Training & Development
- Managing risk of the territory assigned
- Identify new potential areas for Business development including sub brokers & franchisees
- Managing acquisitions & servicing of clients
- Customer complaint & grievance redressal
Experience Required :
5 to 7 Years
