Job Summary

  • Role & Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for Branch performance plus managing the assigned area/territory/city

      • Manage the Branch team & oversee the operational and administrative issues

      • Maintain cost efficiency of the branch across all products

      • Ensure high productivity rate

      • Increase market share across all capital market products & channels

      • Revenue generation, customer acquisition and Retention

      • Recruitment, Training & Development

      • Managing risk of the territory assigned

      • Identify new potential areas for Business development including sub brokers & franchisees

      • Managing acquisitions & servicing of clients

      • Customer complaint & grievance redressal

  • Skill & Knowledge:

      • 7 10 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets out of which 3 4 years as Branch

      • Head / Branch Manager

      • Understanding of Indian Capital Market - Equity specialist

      • Team Management

      • Ability to acquire at least 30 40 relationships

      • Local anchorage
